Joseph Sciame, President & Chair of the IHCC-NY has advised that the John D. Calandra Italian American Institute is assisting in collecting information about programs and events for Italian Heritage and Culture Month, 2008.

Each year, the Board of Directors of the Italian Heritage and Culture Committee of New York, Inc. selects a new theme and then proceeds to create a theme poster and publish a "Calendar of events" for the annual October celebration. Your events(s) can be included in this year's edition of the "Calendar of Events".

The Board of Directors has decided that the theme for the year 2008 will be:
